At Convent’Bio, we celebrate the authentic flavor that comes from the earth. Since 2023, under the management of the new owners, Denis and Grabiela Jeleascov, we have kept alive the organic and sustainable philosophy that has always defined this place.
Every dish is prepared with ingredients grown in our own garden and selected with the utmost care — because we believe that eating well is an act of health, respect, and love.
